ABOUT US

Vera Harrison surrendered her life to Jesus Christ in 1991 under the ministry of Theo and Beverly Wolmarans and stayed under their care till 1993. During this year their family ended up in Botswana due to the Lord’s leading. They met Jerry and Jana Lackey of Love Botswana Missions during that year and started to work with them till 1996. They attended Christ For the Nations Bible institute the year of 1997, took a sabbatical during 1998 and returned to the Mission in Botswana as full time missionaries till 2001.

From end 2001 to current time they have been living and working in Hartbeespoort, RSA. Vera is a member of the board of 5Plus2 Ministries who deals with underprivileged communities and is a director of Abundant Life Outreach Team, a missions and church planting ministry in Mozambique.

She started working in Mozambique among the Dutch Reform and Baptist churches in 2004.  This work continued till 2012 after which Abundant Life Outreach Team was registered and she started with independent outreaches and church building in mostly the Inhambane, Sofala and Gorongoza District in Mozambique.

Vera has great respect for the Ecclesia,  in all its various parts and endeavour to assist, support, train and built as the Lord gives opportunity.
